A CCTV footage has shown moment two men stole some metal manhole covers. The men were spotted loading the metal manhole covers in a tricycle popularly known as Keke Napep, which they came with. Political analyst, Kayode Ogundamisi who shared the video wrote; May God Save NIGERIA from NIGERIANS
